Before using this product for the first time, expel a short stream of mist. To flush and irrigate the nasal passages, tilt your head to the side over a sink. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and depress the textured area at the base of the nozzle, so that a gentle mist fills the sinus passages and flows out through the nostrils. Repeat this process in the other nostril.
Use this product at bedtime. It is suitable for adults and children aged 2 and older. To moisten dry nasal passages, insert the nozzle into one nostril and briefly press down on the textured area at the base of the nozzle, so that a mist gently coats the nasal passages.
